Motair Turbolader GmbH has been part of the bilstein group since 2021. Now, the Motair brand will be fully integrated into febi on 1 August 2025. This move will allow the bilstein group to bundle its turbocharger expertise under one of its leading global aftermarket brands.
As part of the integration, the entire Motair team is moving to a new location in Frechen, where it will form the ‘bilstein group Turbo Competence Centre’. Production, including remanufacturing, will be restructured and further developed in a targeted manner at this location. Sales responsibility for the entire turbocharger range will be centrally located at the bilstein group.
Simplification for customers
Products will continue to be available under the Motair brand until 31 July 2025. From 1 August, all automotive items will be converted to febi. Delivery will be handled by the central logistics centre in Gelsenkirchen, which will further improve availability and delivery service.
Strong turbocharger range
The new febi turbocharger range includes:
- Over 2,600 turbochargers
- More than 670 TURBO ProKits
- An extensive range of accessories with mounting kits and oil lines
The range already covers over 95% of turbochargers for European passenger cars, vans and commercial vehicles – and is continuously being expanded to include new vehicle models.
