In totaal heeft de bilstein group meer dan 60.000 pallets met autoreparatieoplossingen van de hoofdvestiging in Ennepetal en van de externe magazijnen naar Gelsenkirchen getransporteerd. Tegelijkertijd werden nieuwe goederen direct op de locatie in het industriepark &#8220;Schalker Verein&#8221; opgeslagen.<\/p>\n<h2>Mijlpaal in de bedrijfsgeschiedenis<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;Na de <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.febi.com\/xxl-projekt-baustart-fuer-neues-bilstein-group-logistikzentrum\/\">bouw van het logistieke centrum<\/a> is de succesvol afgeronde ramp-up van de intralogistiek de tweede grote mijlpaal in onze jonge bedrijfsgeschiedenis in Gelsenkirchen&#8221;, zegt directeur Jan Siekermann. &#8220;Het doel was en is om onze klanten in de toekomst nog beter te kunnen beleveren. Dankzij de nieuwe locatie kon de bilstein group ook drie kleinere magazijnen bij externe dienstverleners sluiten. In de toekomst wil het bedrijf in Gelsenkirchen jaarlijks ongeveer 250 miljoen euro aan ordervolume omzetten.<\/p>\n<h2>Grootste afzonderlijke investering van de bilstein group<\/h2>\n<p>Het nieuwe logistieke centrum is met ongeveer 120 miljoen euro de grootste afzonderlijke investering in de geschiedenis van de bilstein group. In 2017 kocht het bedrijf een terrein van ongeveer 200.000 vierkante meter in de wijk Bulmke-H\u00fcllen in Gelsenkirchen..<\/p>\n<p>In de herfst van 2021 werd het logistieke centrum samen met de burgemeester van Gelsenkirchen, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.febi.com\/logistikzentrum-eingeweiht-bald-kommt-febi-auch-aus-gelsenkirchen\/\">Karin Welge<\/a>, ingehuldigd na een bouwperiode van twee jaar.
