Su se\u00f1al se utiliza para calcular la cantidad de combustible inyectado para qu\u00e9 se produzca la mezcla adecuada y para que trabaje correctamente la v\u00e1lvula EGR que regula la recirculaci\u00f3n de los gases de escape en motores di\u00e9sel.<\/p>\n<p>Se han utilizado varios tipos diferentes de sensores a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, dependiendo de los sistemas que utilicen los fabricantes de veh\u00edculos. Los dos tipos principales son medidores de flujo de aire o medidores de masa de aire.<\/p>\n<p>La especificaci\u00f3n de los sensores de masa de aire y los medidores de flujo de aire a menudo se usan indistintamente. Sin embargo, esto es incorrecto ya que el medidor de flujo de aire solo detecta el volumen de aire, mientras que los sensores de masa de aire son significativamente m\u00e1s precisos porque tambi\u00e9n se tienen en cuenta la temperatura y la presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si el caudal\u00edmetro mide mal el aire que pasa por \u00e9l, el motor empieza a contaminar m\u00e1s, a gastar m\u00e1s combustible y tambi\u00e9n pueden aparecer aver\u00edas m\u00e1s costosas.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los medidores de masa y flujo de aire suministrados por febi son sometidos a intensas pruebas por nuestro equipo de gesti\u00f3n de calidad.
